Very prompt and easy to deal with. You enter the reg number on the diagram Tayna will be asked to confirm the battery terminals Plus (+) and Minus (-). Take a photo of the existing battery match on the diagram. Tayna will recommend the best battery at the best price. Upon completion of the sale, I received my delivery the next day. I had never heard of Tanya and was unsure. My original battery for my 2008 Z4 was diferent to what was stated online. I phoned Tanya and spoke to an advisor. I specced my new battery same as my old one and went ahead and bought it. It was a Bosch and fitted perfectly, My BMW specialist mechanic who fitted it was amazed at the price I paid and said he could not buy cheaper at trade. Very impressed with speed of delivery in these strange times. Would recommend to anyone.

The new battery arrived promptly and I fitted it the same day. A huge improvement - the old one was very tired and with the new battery the engine turns over very quickly and starts immediately. The battery was very well priced - cheaper than any other supplier and the postage cost was remarkably low. Very pleased all round.
