Well, 7:00am on a Monday morning and my 6 year-old Subaru XV wouldn't start :( I have purchased a battery from Tayna before, but it's not something you have to buy that often so I searched "car battery" and when Tayna came up I remembered their name :) Absolutely brilliant next-day service from the company and, although the Bosch battery is, um, made in Spain, I'm 100% happy with it and can thoroughly recommend the company.

After much research, etc and making sure of the measurements with someone at Tanya, decided to take the plunge and happy to report on time as scheduled and fitted perfectly replacing the original Japanese battery. It was far better price than anywhere else.

The customer service was first class, truly! At first I ordered a battery with the + and - terminak the wrong way around for my car. After contacting Tayna it was not a problem and they arranged for a replacement. Sometimes ppl read these reviews and wonder if they're genuine - this one is and I would order from them again.
