I don't believe it's possible to really know if a company gives great service until something goes wrong. Anyone can be super nice when everything goes well with no troubles, but you really see the underlying culture of the business dealing with problems. My first order with Tayna didn't go quite as planned but their response in dealing with the issues and getting me to the finish point was outstanding. I've already recommended them multiple times and will continue to do so, and very likely only order car batteries from them in the future. Great job guys and management.

I picked this battery after seeing a recommendation from a fellow owner. It fitted easily and does the job fine. Hopefully with a larger capacity than the one it replaced, it will last longer in the cold weather!
