Excellent service, delivery and price. Battery bought for Hyundai Santa Fe 2010. Listed as suitable but fit poor due to small recess on battery around terminal. This was not insurmountable and working well

The battery sent was faulty and could not hold charge. The two star rating actually isn't for the product itself but for overall experience. In fact we have since ordered the same battery from a different supplier and its great. Although the customer service responses were provided quickly and were helpful it is disappointing that the battery was not up to par. Presumably this happens from time to time but I suspect that this size of battery (intended for use in a 2.5ltr diesel camper van) doesn't get ordered very often and possibly had sat around for too long? The net result was a lot of inconvenience, two break down call outs and so on.

Transaction went to plan and battery received as expected. Was a bit disappointed that the battery was not in 100% good condition, it looked like it had been hit on the side by something before packaged for transit (photo can be provided on request), but had to fit as vehicle was needed.

Well priced battery. Well packed, delivered and transported. Can't really give 5 stars as the battery has to prove itself reliable under reasonable conditions over several years before it can earn that status.
