I have bought quite a few Batteries from Tayna over the years and i will continue to buy from them. This Bosch battery was bought to replace a XXXXX battery that failed and was the subject of a warranty claim. I just want to advise customers, if a purchase factor is the warranty period please make sure you fully understand the terms and conditions. Thats why i chose a 3 star rating !!! because of the warranty In my opinion the T&Cs are not customer friendly and appropriate. Other than the warranty i am very happy with my purchase and hope this battery will be durable and give a good working life.

Tanya batteries always deliver on time well packed and at a great price NEVER EVER use battery group I did once by mistake and they sent a broken delayed battery and refused a refund as below Good morning, I hope this email finds you well, I am just contacting you regarding your order which has been damaged in transit. I have passed this over to my logistics team to action, however as we were not notified in the 24 hour time frame that your order was damaged, as stated in our terms, we are unable to take this further. A good website with a range of battery brands suitable for your vehicle. The battery arrived in less than 5 days from ordering it on a Friday. The only negative point is having to pay extra (a total of £10.99) for delivery to my Scottish postcode, I understand Tayna use 3 couriers willing to transport and deliver batteries due to their acid content to customers so I find it strange that they all would charge extra for delivery as from experience not all do or maybe some sellers absorb the extra cost.
