5 star product....1 star delivery service from Yodel. The driver couldn't be bothered to find the delivery address as it was on an industrial estate and I was number 77 of 170 deliveries so just put a note on the tracking saying"unable to find" although TNT, DPD UPS and every other company has no problem. The battery was returned to the "local" depot for collection which meant a 50 mile round trip to get the battery on a Saturday morning. Suggest Tanya use an alternative delivery service......not impressed.

Bought about 12 months ago it has held its charge well during periods when the car was not in use during the lockdowns of the last year and did not fail to start the car even when fairly run down (to 12.1V) after a period when not in use. It was fully recharged using the Sterling 1A charger bought at the same time, which took about two days of charging. It arrived well-packed within three days of ordering.
