My car needs 2 such batteries, I bought 2 of them 3 years ago, 1 failed and was replaced by Tayna, the other has worked ok. (Unfortunately, the book says if one battery fails you need to replace them both with identical batteries (which makes sense assuming that the weaker one will always drag down the stronger one to the level of the weaker one.)) So I felt obliged to replace the 'ok' one, I bought it again from Tayna which says something about my thoughts of their service and the value for money. The fact that the battery failed after 3 years doesn't say much about the battery.

This battery was purchased to replace a defunct one on a 2ltr diesel car. The battery fitted the battery compartment well and was a similar specification to the one that failed. The delivery was made quickly and was safely packed. It was easy to fit and the car started first time. Fitting it was easy, just following the instructions to make sure I connect the cables in the correct order. i double checked with my car handbook on this. I could have bought a cheaper battery but according to the car handbook it is much better to buy the higher amperage for a diesel since it needs more power for the ignition. It was useful to have some guidance from Tanya to make sure I bought the correct specification battery. They replied very quickly and were most helpful. I cannot comment on the lifespan of this battery as I have only had it for a couple of weeks but other Bosch products I have bough have proved reliable. I will be happy to buy from Tanya in the future as their service was very good and their prices very competitive.
