What a pleasure to deal with a professional company. The battery was a good price and arrived at date promised in very substantial packing. I am truly very impressed. My only very minor comment is,that all battery suppliers,irrespective of giving the correct car registration number,said the battery for my car was smaller,and hence would not match my OE part. I have informed Bosch of this,but I recommend that any buyers should measure the battery for size and capacity and then you will get it right first time.

THis battery was a perfect fit for my sons 2004 Mercedes CLK 240 Cabriolet. Kai Latham was very helpful as I had ordered an 096 battery which all the web sites said was the correct on for the car but that was not the case. Carl helped me determine the correct size battery and was very helpful in handling the return of the wrong battery and supplying this one as the replacement, As expected this Bosch battery has performed well.
