Battery was shipped promptly with good parcel tracking. Price was competitive to others online suppliers. Slight damage on delivery but Tanya promptly dealt with my concern. VW dealer had to programme to the car and stated that they like Bosch after market batteries.

Battery was direct replacement for the almost 5 year old one on my Mini Cooper S. Came well packaged next day. Great price. Only gripe was that it was only about 1/3 charged so I had to hook the car up to a charger to get it full.

Tayna came highly recommended by members on a social media group I follow, and after my s/s and heated screen refused to work, it appeared to be time for a new battery. Ordered lunchtime and arrived well packaged less than 24hrs later. Decided on Bosch by reputation alone and not disappointed at all. Was so much cheaper then anywhere else and once fitted and the bms was reset, s/s and screen sprung into life. Overall, awesome quality, well packaged and exceptional value for money. Happy to recommend and will certainly use again
