Very happy with purchase would have given 5 stars if your choice of courier (YODEL) hadn't let you and me down. They did not deliver when they said they would with no notification why not and when it would be delivered. After talking with Tayna a replacement battery was sent out via DHL much better courier.

Would have given 5 stars but courier yodel let the seller and buyer down by not delivering on the day they were supposed to with no explanation as to why they didn't deliver. TAYNA on the other hand were very good delivered by a different courier the day requested and refunded the extra amount I paid for Saturday delivery with Yodel.

Excellent service, Bosch AGM battery ordered on a Friday at 13:45 and arrived on Saturday morning at 8:30. Well packaged and protected, and measured 12.8V at the terminals so no pre-charge required. Finally, Tayna had this battery at the best price I could find. Well pleased!

My Velar stopped and would not start, no battery warning, after reading various comments decided to try a new battery. Went online and found the replacement easily by inputting reg at Tayna at a really good price. Replaced within 24 hrs of ordering it and it has been on now for 2 weeks without any problems just had it coded to the car by the local LandRover franchise
