After fitting the engine turned over immediate and displayed 13.5V in the details menu on the dashboard. The stop/start worked on the first brake at traffic lights which normally only works when the air conditioning is off. The battery has been completely reliable for over a week now. I also picked a Bosch battery as it should get approving nods from the Porsche mechanics the next time I get the car serviced. I was more impressed by Tanya than the battery. The battery suggestion tool via registration made it really easy to find the type and size I needed, I ordered late afternoon and it was delivered the next day. Not sure when I will next need a new battery but I'll definitely be returning to purchase from them and will recommend to anyone who is in market. It really is nice to find a company that is easy to buy from. Thank you.

Although the old battery held sufficient enough charge to ensure that the car always started, although a little lazy if left for several days, the new battery has just brought the car back to life again. Starts instantly (not laboured), Start/Stop works again, the air suspension pumps up in seconds as soon as you wake the car up with a touch of the door handle and so on. I didn't actually realise how tired the old battery was; I was only trying to cure the Start/Stop not working......
