I also bought a bike battery from you 2 weeks ago, after again 2 failed attempts to secure a delivery from another vendor. And that service was excellent. So I paid a bit more to re-order a battery for my car from you. This transaction was again EXCELLENT – Communication + Packaging + Delivery absolutely A++++++. However just one negative, the battery you delivered was not BLACK as in the listing (a light grey one was sent). The colour is probably not important in 95% of sales, but in this case it was! However your company is head and shoulders above many other EBay sellers. I just feel a little let down by not being sent the item as listed. Best regards Inspectionpit PS.
