Faulty item and poor rude customer service. Kept sending the same ignorant email as reply to various questions. Ebay have copies of these. Eventually i had to proceed with payment protection from paypal. Disgusting service

Its a battery. It does what a battery should. It holds a charge and turns my car engine over. I won't know how good it is until I've had it for 8 years and it still does what a battery should.

Good product at a good price...very quick free delivery...if there was one comment to make it would be after placing the order I got an email asking me to double check that the item was the correct one, but very shortly afterwards I was notified that the item had already been despatched anyway, so by the time I got home to check, it would have been too late
