The battery was faulty from day one which sometimes goods are faulty. What I found was the unreasonable request was expecting the customer to charge the battery to see if it worked afterwards, not everyone has a charger. The customer service was sent a report from the RAC on the battery saying that one of the cells had failed but they refused to believe. I then had to post the battery back, wait for their test, which turned out to be faulty and wait for a new one. So, I was three weeks without the car. I will never buy a battery online again.

Had a few batteries from here over a couple of years. Some I've used for running an electric fence! Always arrived quickly and fully charged. Love the little window that tells you if the battery is low on charge! Great item and price.
