Found that 2 chargers were faulty and didn't need it really but had prioritised getting my order in for 16:00. Nevertheless, good delivery and tracking; I unplugged the transit plugs so it's safe and ready should I need to use.

Difficult to assess the quality of the product because the one I originally bought was faulty and had to be returned after only four months. However, the battery was checked, found to be faulty, and replaced. Apart from the inconvenience of having to repackage the item, I can't fault the service I received nor the courtesy of the staff. Thank you Tayna!
