having used the company previously i can not fault the service, packaging is top notch, postage is quick and communication is spot on too. the battery provided was for my land rover and is plenty powerful enough for the job, a lot of folks may not think the cheaper batteries are any good but rest assured the bullet batt is perfect, it does what its supposed to do and doesn't break the bank...

What a brilliant service. I ordered one day and was fitting the new battery at lunchtime the next day ! Obviously at this early stage I cannot give any review on longevity of this battery but things look good at the moment. A real plus was that the new battery is fitted with lifting handles which made fitting the new battery in a rather restricted space on our vehicle much easier ! Thank you.

Unfortunately cant give a good review to product as well as service as still have not received item. Also Tayna Batteries claim it has been delivered. Yes I've partly managed to track it down, it was delivered to different address and signed for some else. So they are claiming that it ahs been delivered and do not want to honour my claim to refund. So I have to chase all paperwork to prove that it has not been delivered. I have to chaise Yodel for written hard copy where it has been delivered and by whom signed and then I have to be in touch with eBay to present them this information to prove my claim. This just proves that large companies do not care about small customers, they actually do not go that extra mile to exceed customer expectations. In result of this issue I have lost valuable time, trust and will have to spend more money to source the battery again elsewhere.
