The service was excellent and the battery was delivered the next day even though I did not place the order until approx 4 pm. I took there promise with a pinch of salt that it would be delivered the next day but it was with me by 10.30. It came with full instructions so it was installed by 11,15. Apart from the price (very competitive) it has proved to be a great purchase

Your product and service was and is good. However the service rendered by your couriers DHL was well terrible time wise 3working days plus the weekend. A slovenly take it or leave it service from the delivery driver. Who then reported to yourselves that I refused to sign which is an outright lie.

I was stuck looking for a quick battery replacement for my wife's car in the midst of the cold snap 2 weeks before Christmas. All the prices at my local dealer had gone up but Tayna were offering me 10% off what was already a great price. And free next day delivery by DHL too! For less than the price of a tank of petrol I had a brand new, fully charged battery delivered to my work the next morning - and I had ordered it at 3.45pm the previous day! Absolutely great service - thank you!
