First. battery arrive but was sent out not charged contacted company replacement sent out no quibbles arrived and put on charge Fitted to my Austin 7 which started straight away Good customer service would recommend

Battery ordered 1 May. The reason for the delay in writing this review is that I had to wait for a family member to fit the battery onto our Austin 7. The people at Tayna were quick to answer my queries via the website prior to my ordering and were very informative. Thank you Jay. The Battery came well packaged and fixed securely to a standard-sized pallet. The delivery driver was very helpful (I am a female in my 80s) and carried the pallet into the garage for me. Now done, our vehicle is running well after standing for 10 weeks. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I was becoming concerned that I would never see the battery having ordered it. It was advertised as 24 hour delivery, when it did finally arrive after four days, it was perfect, the car started with no persuasion whatsoever. and the car is going like a dream

can't give any less than 5 stars, speedy delivery and good price. Came on a full size pallet wrapped in polythene, on polystyrene, in a box with polystyrene all round it with a box on top, so they can't be accused of packaging that is not adequate but this is a small car battery and could easily have survived with less

Battery seems fine, though it would help to have a handle or exposed cell connectors to pick it up with. However, the packaging was ridiculous : two pallets, which I am left with, yards of shrink wrap, two cardboard boxes and expanded polystyrene. Not good for the environment.
