The staff at Tayna couldn't have been more helpful to me. the first battery I received was delivered very quickly, and as soon as I unpacked it I realised that it was the wrong battery for my car. I checked the battery number with the order confirmation that Tayna had sent me, (and which I hadn't really looked at) to find that I had indeed ordered the wrong battery from them! I called Tayna and explained what I had done and they immediately arranged for the correct battery to be dispatched to me and for the wrongly ordered battery to be picked up for return by the delivery courier. All I had to do was to re-pack the battery in its original packaging, the courier would do the rest! The replacement battery was with me the next day, and the refund in full for the battery I had wrongly ordered was paid into my account within 48 hours. That's great service!

The delivery was excellent. Car started first turn of switch. Good value considering length of warranty. Slight problem was that battery is wider than original one and securing strap had to be modified. Not a big job to do .

Ordering, payment, speed of delivery, packaging, price and quality – it was all excellent. I was extremely pleased, both with this product and the company, and with myself (for being able to fit it without needing a middle man or mechanic!). I will definitely buy from Tayna again.
