Despite the delivery van breaking down during the evening the battery was due to be delivered, it arrived as notified the next day. The same driver made the delivery. The battery fitted perfectly and works perfectly and now the 91 year old neighbour is delighted to be able to be confident enough to go out.

Worked perfectly as soon as installed. All systems including the power steering had slowly started failing on my car and eventually the battery couldn’t even be jumped. Service from Tayna was excellent - this battery arrived promptly and packaged appropriately. No weaknesses identified.

I give only 3 stars as the battery sent was discharged and wouldnt take a charge although I had it on a smart charger over night. I contacted Tayna who promptly sent me another battery which this time was fully charged, the delivery driver picked up the duff battery. Had the first battery been serviceable I would have given 5 stars. OK, mistakes happen.
