I had some strange issues with my Mercedes C Class 300H Stop start not working and although the H represents a Hybrid version of the Diesel The car never cut in to run in the batteries when in traffic. Since changing the 12v battery these issues have disappeared, I can only assume the original battery was well past its sell by date. Looking around for an alternative battery I found this one and at the moment can’t fault the next day service and everything as as it should be well done Tanya

Excellent service from Tayna. I phoned for advice as there were several batteries listed on their website for my car. The person that I spoke to (Jay) explained the different options and recommended the Enduroline battery with a 5 year guarantee. I ordered the battery with Jay over the phone at lunchtime on Saturday and it was delivered early Monday afternoon. I received Email updates regarding despatch and tracking information for the courier. When the battery arrived it was very well packed, exactly the same dimensions as the old battery so it was fitted and working the same day. Much cheaper than local motor factors who were only offering a 3 year guarantee. I will use Tayna again in the future.

Old battery not holding its charge at all. This OEM one was keenly priced, easy to select and it arrived very quickly, very efficiently packed. Quite difficult to install, but that is a vehicle design shortcoming.

The battery was delivered within 2 days was the correct size and easy to fit. At the moment it starts the car and when using the start stop feature on the car is very quick to start. Ideally I should be giving a review in 3-4 years time to see if the battery is still working as well as now. But at the moment all is good.
