The battery arrived fully charged and was fitted today. The car started, therefore at this moment in time, I'm happy with the product; however, commenting on the purchase overall, is a different matter. Delivery was late as, I understand, were those of many other customers. This is the second battery I've purchased from Tayna but unlike the first purchase, this one didnt arrive the next day. If the company was experiencing delays due to the holiday period (battery ordered on the 7th January i.e. somewhat outside Christmas and New Year time frame), then perhaps this should have been made clear at outset.

There is no problem with product at all but order was placed on the 28/12/2025, on them Web stay delivery in 1-2 days, I received mine in collection point on 6/01/2026... One email with confirmation order, and no communication at all. Very disappointed with your service, I don't really know why I used you in first place, because after nearly £10 for delivery there is no difference in price between you and local shop but from local shop I can get it in 1h. I won't use you again, and highly recommend to avoid you , check and compere local prices at least...

Arrived in good time and well packaged which was good as the delivery driver carried it from the van on it's side despite the 'This way up' tape around the top of the box! Don't think english was his first or second language...... Let the battery stand for a day and then put it on charge overnight, all good, fitted perfectly and the motor fired-up first turn of the key. Battery holding charge well, happy days.

The battery is perfect, the delivery was dreadful. They cancelled 4 times, the delivered battery was the second one as the first was not delivered. Shame because I have used Tayna for years with no problems!
