Battery was collected quickly from Tayna but unfortunately DHL have misplaced it. I phoned and was told they would conduct a 24hr search then call back. After 48 hrs and no call I phoned them again and was told they would search again and if item not found someone would call to discuss a claim procedure. Three days have passed since then and no call. Eleven days have passed since the battery should have arrived. I have plenty of confidence in Tanya, not so much in DHL.

Made contact Monday a.m. confirmed need for an 019 type of battery advised dispatch would be p.m. Received order acknowledgement and delivery advice within minutes. Carrier then indicated delivery to be between 1605 and 1705 Tuesday, arrived 1715. Fitted to Peugeot Boxer based Bailey Motorhome Wednesday a.m.,all now ready for the end of “lockdown”.
