Not having had to change a battery in years, I was a little apprehensive about buying one direct, but I needn't have been. I checked on your website when I ordered the battery and when it arrived, fitting it was really as easy as pie, given some stiff retaining screws which were soon dealt with and good instructions enclosed. It probably sounds daft to say so, but this battery sounds much more "eager" than the one I replaced, so I'm looking forward to several years fault-free battery use. John Bentley

Early days so how long it will last remains to be seen but the service was excellent. the battery arrived very quickly and beautifully packaged so no risk of damage. The type 27 is the correct fitting for a BMW Mini so absolutely no problems fitting it. I would not hesitate to use Tayna again.

battery arrived prompt, but needed a few days in the car before everything electrical kicked in (drivers electrical window wouldn't do up to the top when closing door, so had to do it manually for 4 days) but all seems good now...... :)

Their customer service was absolutely fantastic. I live in France and I found the delivery charges to the continent to be very reasonable. Initially the battery came from the Tayna offices in Belgium and was the wrong size. A quick phone call (and an e-mail containing a photo of the wrong battery) to the service team and a new battery was sent out the same day. New (correct) battery arrived 3 days later.
