Next day delivery, well packed and good instructions. The only difference is that my existing battery with same code was 38ah where this one is 35ah. But seems ok.

It's obviously early days, but the battery arrived in perfect condition with clear instructions. It had a bit of a job starting my cold, laid-up and rather stiff engine until it got the oil circulated. Came with clear instructions and well packed. It is a bit of a fiddle getting it on to the Elan battery tray and the terminals are not, as in the diagram at the front edge, but set about one third of the way back, so you've got a bit of a job as with most things on an Elan getting your fingers and spanner to the nuts and bolts.

A bit early to comment on durability but it cranked the engine beautifully. Wondered whether it would be shipped wet - it was- and was well packed with good instructions and tips. Terminals are square-on to the casing rather than angled but does not matter in my case.

Seems like a good little hard working battery. Perfect fit and solid terminals of the old Ford type (problem with the old battery was split terminal)

First class service. Arrived next day, well packed. Was able to recycle egg boxes at local free range egg producer's outlet! Would have been 5 stars but photocopy of instructions almost impossible to read.

Very pleased with the battery as I had been looking for the correct fitment for my 1970 Classic Lotus Elan for some time and was begining to think I would have to change the terminal fitting on the car. The new battery fitted perfectly and has curred all the starting problems I had been having. Very prompt and helpfull service.
