The battery appeared to be functioning very well, although I did have a problem starting the car the following morning. This was probably due to the weather conditions, which were conducive to condensation. On phoning to enquire if batteries are delivered fully charged, I was assured that they are and talked through some useful tips on checking with a volt meter while we were talking. Very useful and helpful for which, thank you. Delivery was very prompt. 25 hours after ordering!

Battery ordered online on a Bank Holiday Monday, automatic email received indicating 'delivery due next day' (Tuesday). So Soon? This surprised me but seemed unlikely.. No complaints but I was right as it actually arrived on the Wednesday morning. Well packed and fully charged, as advertised plus having an extra years guarantee and costing £20 less than a similar battery from Halfords! I last used this Co. a few years ago and remain completely satisfied with their EXCELLENT SERVICE. Thank you very much to all at TANYA, please keep up the good work.
