Excellent service and well packaged but on opening both packages it was evident that both batteries had leaked slightly due to mishandling by couriers. I hope this does not affect their performance.

A very well communicated start to finish operation and a friendly delivery next day. The whole purchase was made very easy from selecting a battery with help from your database to receiving it. The battery was clean ,well packed and sealed . I tested it on my charger but it had a full charge. Fitting with the help of your video and text guides was a breeze and keeping the radio code and ecu settings was easy with the instructions. Great safety advice too made it all feel confident and straightforward. The battery has performed very well and the starter immediately sounded more energised. This is a low mileage start stop car and a good battery is essential. No problems. Great help and reassurance throughout seems key to the online purchase. You get 10 points with no reservations. Battery arrived in good time and was well-packaged. Slight leakage in transit but not excessive. Standard terminals made it easy to fit. Only in use for a month in the autumn so can't comment as to its performance in respect of a vehicle left for several days without use in the depths of winter, but am optimistic.

I needed a replacement battery and Tayna delivered. The battery was a very reasonable price and the delivery also saved me a load of hassle. There was a little leakage in transit, not enough to be a concern, and contained in a tough plastic bag with the battery. Now in the car and I'm a`back on the road!!
