Battery great. Good price. Delivery not so great. Courier claimed I had signed for it but just left it outside gates, Tanya customer service not terrible concerned by this.

I've used Tayna since I first bought a replacement bike battery from them 15 years ago. Good prices, great products, prompt delivery, every time. The battery was a bear to fit on the Citroen (not tayna's fault) but, now into day 4, it's completely restored the stop-start Eco mode which had disappeared with the ageing OEM battery.

Great product, dreadful delivery service. I paid for a before midday delivery and the product turned up just before 15:00hrs. I needed the battery before midday. DHL drivers couldn’t care less. Refunding the £5 odd premium delivery cost in no way compensated for the inconvenience.

Battery seems to be working well, and don't anticipate any problems, from past expeience with Tayna. Delivered promptly. Had it fitted by my Citroen dealer, and all was well except that when using the remote to lock the car, it would trigger the alarm. Tayna suggested that the battery may need coding to the car, but the problem was discovered to be that the car needed a software update!
