The first battery sent was useless and was returned ,three days and one w/end later I received a good one. I had to pay my mechanic twice for fitting at £15 a time so Was not such a good deal.! Surely you must chech the batteries before you send them out.

Carrier didn't deliver on the agreed date but Tayna sorted the problem after an email. Got a quick reply and battery delivered next day. It's good service when someone replies and sorts problems quickly.

Pleasent transaction with the salesman but was a little put out on the delivery timescale. Was promised a certain time on delivery which caused me a slight problem. Will definitely buy from this shop again.
