My battery arrived quickly and well protected for transit within a sealed bag and protected with polystyrene in a strong cardboard box meaning the battery was in perfect condition. I removed the transit plugs and after a light charge the car started immediately. I have never bought a battery on line before but will definitely use Tayna again in the future. Great service.

The 097 with the square terminals was just what I wanted to start my classic car after it being off the road for the past 5 years. It had no problem in turning the engine over and starting the engine. It's early days but so far so good!

I tried everywhere to get the right battery for my 1990 FORD GRANADA MK3 SALOON, which I am pains taking doing up. Everyone wanted to sell me a pole type battery and a conversion kit. With the AA offering it for £135. So I tried Ebay and found Tanya who could not have been more helpful. I got the exact type I used before bolt through and it fits perfect. And to top it off nearly £75 cheaper than the AA. That is what I call exceptional service from Tanya.
