Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size battery initially, so phoned Tayna to explain (fearing the worst - because it was my fault), but was so pleasantly surprised to hear that I could return it AND they would actually collect it when the correct battery was delivered. I did have to pay £8, but that was fine. The correct battery arrived the following day and all is now well! EXCELLENT customer service and delivery service. Have used before and always been delighted with their service (next day delivery) and their prices. Would definitely use again and recommend!

Battery arrived well packaged and fully charged. It was the battery recommended by Tayna for my car and doesn’t disappoint at all. It has plenty of cranking power to spin over the Diesel engine quickly, even in cold temperatures. My car is not in regular use but the battery is coping well with that and maintaining a good level of charge. It was also fairly priced, with a decent length warranty and the service from Tayna was spot on as always.
