Wrong battery supplied at first, big relief to discover that it was not my fault. Replacement battery sent next day and happy with that. Returns process was a little more troublesome as the courier didn't turn up on the arranged Monday despite my chasing it and being told that they would collect it that day. Eventually collected on Tuesday.....

Battery and service are good. However, the battery recommended on the Tanya sight for my car (Ford Fiesta) is not right in terms of fitting and required me to modify the battery box to allow the HT leads to fit the battery terminals….not too impressed with that.
