I like almost everything about the Tayna battery shop: ease of ordering, rapid delivery good price and the product seems great (won't know for sure for a couple more years but looking good after a few weeks) and a previous purchase of an Enduroline is still going strong after 3 years+ I do think though that you should review your packaging. All that non-recyclable polystyrene is very out-dated and could easily be replaced with an environmentally friendly alternative. This is the only thing that might prevent me from getting my next battery from Tayna and reduces my 5* review to a 4*

Nine year old battery in van was becoming unreliable and needed replacement. RAC patrol wanted 180 to replace, local garage 165 and battery specialist 155 and tried to sell me a 95ah even after I advised them a 100ah battery is required. Tayna came in with a direct replacement at just over a hundred including next day delivery. Courier delivered the battery next day in specified time scale and provided up to date delivery forecasts. The battery was very well packed and safely sealed with instructions to remove transit plugs and basic fitting instructions should they be required. It was fully charged and fitted exactly into the battery compartment.
