No problem with Tanya ,my 3rd order . Delivery took 8 days from collection , think DHL must have lost item some where in transit .

This at least the 3rd battery that I have purchased from this great company, i'd hardly continue to use them if I were not happy! The batteries supplied have always been of excellent quality with good performance, thank you kindly for that much. Un fortunately now comes the 'But'. ....... They are sadly being let down by the performance of the delivery agents. This may or may not be hard to believe but the last two batteries have been delivered to the doorstep carried upside down on the delivery mans shoulder. Tayna were advised as were the delivery company.

Excellent service - ordered Friday 22 May advised delivery would be Tuesday 26 (after bank holiday Monday) but arrived Saturday. Website instructions brilliant as couldn't find radio code and it worked. No hesitation in recommending especially with such competitive pricing even including the delivery cost.
