The Tayna website was excellent, easy to use and provides a very easy way to select you battery. An excellent Battery, and superb service from Tayna Batteries. The battery was exactly as advertised, at a competitive cost (inc. delivery) and very well packaged complying with all hazardous materials regulations. Tayna even have an excellent support website to help you fit your new battery. Couldn't ask for a better service , simply brilliant and setting the benchmark for how all web based sales should operate. Will definitely go straight to Tayna batteries in the future.

Battery arrived on time - very well packed and with clear instructions - I liked the clue on using jumper leads to another car to keep my electronics alive as the units were swapped out. This was very good value for money as it is a higher capacity than the unit it replaced. Car has been starting well - even in the cold weather that has just arrived

This battery had to be the right size because of the box it fits in under the bonnet of which it did perfectly . My local car shop could not get or find a battery this small with the high amp /hour. The delivery was very quick and well packaged ,I will be buying again from Tanya.

Very good product although slightly shorter than the previously installer Exide battery. The Renault Koleos has fixed terminal leads so a strip of wood underneath fixed the installation problem.
