The website was clear about which battery I needed for my car so ordering was easy. Would have been helpful to know if the battery was maintenance free or not. The battery was delivered the next day by a very friendly delivering man. I would have liked Tayna to have packaged the battery without using polystyrene as its not recyclable as far as I know. Overall it seems like brilliant value.

The whole transaction was excellent, simple & good value for money,the only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that I think Tayna should have the "search by Registration" facillty for selecting the correct battery that many other suppliers use - this would eliminate the wrong choice being made.

Product failed after three months, however Tayna did a great job. They accepted it was defective and credited under the guarantee. They also recommended and the Varta Silver Dynamic equivalent as an alternative which has the same spec at very similar price. PLEASE NOTE - the 096 battery is NOT the correct fitment for the Freelander 2 - go for the larger model.

Multiple purchases over years with usual decent service from Tayna. Delivery held up due to road conditions but premium delivery charge refunded. Will continue to use Tayna as long as prices and quality remain competitive.

Polish courier driver left the battery on its side - seems ridiculous but perhaps you might consider multi language 'This way up' signage!

Arrived the day after ordering. Very well packed. I particularly liked the use of a vacuum bag to encase the battery. Excellent service and I will recommend your company to others. The battery arrived fully charged and the vehicle started readily after fitting.
