I have previously purchased a battery for the same vehicle (7 years ago) from Tayna. I have an old Toyota Avensis which is seldom used and for very short runs. I have to keep the battery charged during cold weather and as the old one lasted for 7 years, I again used Tayna for a replacement. Easy to order and received promptly and very well packaged. Hopefully this one will last for years too.

I chose this firm because it is based in Wales as I am. The site promised next day delivery for £7.99 and the price of the battery was very competitive - however it took nearly 10 days to deliver - with no email or call to assure me of either the order confirmation or when the battery was finally dispatched, or any courier tracking details. The order line was never answered - or an answer machine and finally when I did speak to someone they asked me why I wasn't tracking the delivery myself !! The battery was finally delivered to the wrong address with no apology or follow up call. J

Great product at a very good price. Ordered online for click and collect. Tayna never bothered to email to give me authentication to collect and I had to spend hours chasing them, they wouldn't answer the phone nor respond to emails. Very poor customer service indeed.

The battery was well packed and worked after being charged and fitted, it is a shame the collection location options for Napa stores gave my nearest as Blackpool 25 miles away when there is a Napa store in Morecambe only 2 miles away.

5 Stars for the battery and value for money. 2 stars for the courier. Also it would help if there was a list of names Tayna trades under as an email telling me to expect a delivery from Ferrari Pistons Ltd caused unnecessary issues (my neighbour races Ferraris) thinking somehow our addresses (same postcode) had got mixed up. To demonstrate my point this email for feedback has come from Automotion!

The battery was as described and only time will tell in regards to how it peforms . The price was good, but the delivery not as good, as I ordered the battery on Wednesday and was not delivered until the following Monday. I did try and chase the order, but my phone call was not answered.
