Needed to exchange the battery for a different type due to the dimensions. Customer service at Tayna was excellent. Really quick response even during weekend and item changed out without a hitch. Refunded part payment too which came through very quickly. Delivery service is excellent too. Have purchased two batteries from this company based on a positive customer experience.

This battery wasn't the one originally recommended on the website but a mail to Tayna advising them of the battery's OE code resulted in them recommending this one, the amps, ccc specification and the compatibility serial numbers exactly matched the fitted OE battery. (it also fitted the existing OE thermal case, the recommended one was 2" longer) quick delivery and excellent customer service

The battery from Tayna arrived the next day, suitably packed. I removed the plastic vent plugs, as instructed and fitted the battery. I had had a persistent cold starting problem with my car. The battery had been replaced 18 months ago with one in the same physical sized package but of a lower CCA. Reading the specifications, I chose the Exide EA640 027TE for its high CCA. A few days after fitting we had our first cold weather of the year, -2C, and I was relieved to discover that my 1.9TD engine started first time, effortlessly.

I've used the Exide Premium model of battery before and I was very happy. This one is no in good condition, but the no load voltage reading was lower than I would have liked when the battery arrived. An overnight charge before I put it in the car has brought it back to good.
