Website very easy to use and prices quoted were excellent. Due to the car being a classic, I had to phone them. Excellent product knowledge and a battery was recommended no problem. Ordering on the website was easy, delivery was rapid, it arrived within two days. The car has never started so well, will definitely be using them again.

This particular battery has let me down on a number of occasions, Tayna have had it back for testing and say it is ok. i have had it tested independently and they say it is not ok. my equipment says its not ok. it has now let me down again. i have been a mechanic for 45 years so what do i know.

Great product good value. Bit of a mess up with initial purchase as Tayna website didn't know local NAPA branch has closed (and neither did I). Then had to wait for battery to be returned to Tayna order cancelled and then re-ordered. This seemed like a bit of a round the houses approach but we got there in the end ! Bottom line. A++ Customer Service A++ Product A++ Value

Ordered, received confirmation email. Few hours later received email saying it has been dispatched to the courier. The same evening the courier company told me my package was to be delivered the next day. The following morning they gave me a window for delivery. Unfortunately the click and collect business closed and the driver was late, no apologies just dumped it and left. It was a little embarrassing. I have bought from Tayna before and they are next to none. I will use again.

Excellent battery and cheapest on the market at purchase. Immediately started my 3.0td engine camper, no fall when turning on all electrical drains, now only time will tell about longevity but I feel very positive , hence 5 stars.

You know, this has just never been a great battery. I mean it works, but these are highly recommended batteries and I somehow expected more... Alternator is working as it should, charging at 14.5V, but the battery just never seems to get above 12.3V and drops to about 11.8V as soon as I turn off the engine. Leave the tailgate open (with the interior light on) through the day and it sometimes will need a jump-start.
