Product and service was excellent. Courier was useless,arrived at my property to deliver but forgot to bring it!. He couldn't give a toss. I had to complain to DHL who ended up doing a Saturday delivery. Thanks for YOUR great service

First class service given by Tayna batteries and their staff. The battery was dispatched quickly and due delivery next day however when delivered it was left on its end even though the box was clearly marked top with tape around its top edge. I contacted Tayna battery to raise concern that they may of been to loss of electrolyte as a corner of the box was wet and slightly discoloured . I simple check of the plastic inner wrapping confirmed there was no major loss of liquid. assurances were given and note left on my account showing that there had been a problem and if the lifespan of the battery was to be reduced it would be replaced. I call that excellent customer service. I have used Tayna batteries in the past and have no hesitation in recommending both the company and their products
