A massive and capable battery, I'm sure. However the 017 battery format is too big for a '96 A6 with the battery under the rear seat (despite what the website says). You will need an 096 instead, which is shorter, and unfortunately less powerful.

Well, its still early days, but the battery is really performing well in cold weather and is able to really turn the engine over to provide good cold starting. Somehow even the car seems to operate quicker and smoother than it did before, mind you the previous battery was 8 years old, but very pleased and would buy again from Tanya.
