The battery I purchaced does not fit the car it was advertised for. I did not notice the size listed was incorrect and bought the battery assuming that the listing was correct. I am recovering from leukemia and doing up an old mk2 Cortina to keep me active. I don't have much money as I'm having to survive on benefits until I am fit to return back to work. Your customer service department has informed me that I have to pay £14 to have the battery collected and that for me is a lot of money. The whole situation has left me disheartened.

The small print of the guide is really small, Exide need to sort this out. In reality is this document needed? I would like to use a hydrometer and check the levels but this is NOT possible with this sealed unit, I appreciate that for postage sealed units are mandatory. Would like that the guarantee period is more prominently displayed.
