Item delivered within timescales given. Battery ordered was a Varta but was out of stock so Exide was suggested as a substitute (a slight upgrade) which I accepted. All communications were timely and clear. Very good service. Only issue was what to do with the hinged post terminal covers? There were no instructions about them. Obviously they are there to stop a short circuit during transit/installation but there doesn't seem to be an easy way to remove them when the battery has been installed in the engine bay. In the end I managed to fit it without removing them but I'd guess in some vehicles they would have to be removed - somehow! Would look neater too.
