It arrived very quickly and was very well protected against delivery damage, complete with a vacuum sealed bag it was in to stop any of the gases escaping from it. Instructions were included on handling it from delivery - namely remove the vent plugs as soon as possible. I fitted the battery quickly and easily as it was the exact same size as my original one. No problems since.
