Battery on car was dead, tried charging to no avail. Ordered one of these, fit perfectly in to my golf gti mk 5, connected and started first time. Was delivered next day from this website as well. Very pleased with service and less than half the price of Halfords equivalent

Excellent price and new battery works a treat and turns our Freelander 2 engine over a treat. I would have given 5 stars but cock up with useless courier meant next day Saturday delivery turned into next Monday delivery which meant we had no car. Not Tayna's fault and they have promised a refund of the Saturday charge but they do need to sort out the Courier....

Great price, fast post and we'll packaged. Battery is a higher spec than most, and slightly smaller in height to my original, but fits and works for fine.

Excellent delivery from Tayna. The battery was a bit big for the Jeeps battery tray but it does fit. Battery lasted a few years with continuous use then one day decided to not start the car. Put a multimeter across the terminals and it was reading about 8V so a few cells have died which was a shame as this was an expensive battery and I expected it to last longer then it did.

The ordering and payment was faultless as one would expect because company's are always on the ball when it comes to ordering and paying. I was impressed with delivery as the battery arrived next day. I cannot comment on the quality of the battery as I have not used it enough to decide. However I do not anticipate any problems with it as Exide it is a well known and trusted brand. I can not comment on after sales either as I have not needed any after sales. I would trust that the after sales service is just as good as the ordering, payment and delivery, but you only find this out after and then you are never asked to then give a review after you have had the after sales. So to me these reviews are a pointless exercise. This is why you can only review the ordering, payment and delivery when what really makes a company is the after sales and the customer care. I have never bought from Tayna before and my experience of Tayna so far is good. I am saddened though that Tayna uses Face ache and in doing so assume that we all use Face ache when we do not. I have never felt the need to find love or even share the company of internet dead beats and narcissists of any kind. Paypal are another underhand bunch that I do not trust as they were always requiring me to update my personal detail's or they would suspend my account. In reality all they really needed were my new CC detail's, but they beleaved that getting me to tell them all about myself was the way to go just like Face ache would like to do. Since I discovered that you do not actually need a Paypal account to use Paypal I have let my Paypal account go. I do understand the need for Paypal that online bussinesses have, but there are other choices. I point these things out because while there is nothing wrong in asking customers to write a review if you don't ask the right questions then you will never get honest answers. On the whole my review of Tayna up to now has been positive and I would hope that that continues. Best wishes.
