Very helpful pre-sales, checked that I had ordered correct battery for my vehicle. I live at an off-shore destination which carries a reasonable surcharge by the courier used by Tayna, dispatch/delivery was extremely fast, battery was VERY competitively priced. Battery required an overnight trickle charge on arrival and has NOT given any problems over the weeks it has been in use. I RECOMMEND Tayna for service and battery quality.
