I had never purchased a battery before on by telephone. I was looking for advice on a battery for my Volvo V70. This is one with a Audi 2.5litre known as a Thunderbolt engine so required the correct battery. I had excellent advice and purchased the battery at a good price and this was delivered the next day and I fitted with no problems or hassles. My order arrived next day which was great service. The battery came packed very well and even shipped in a vacuum sealed bag as a preventative measure. Tayna's service is excellent. The battery arrived pre-charged in packaging with excellent instructions on fitting it and removing the safety bungs. The Exide battery is well made and needless to say the car worked perfectly as soon as it was all bolted back together
