My four year old battery on our Vauxhall Agila was beginning to become unreliable, and had let me down a couple of times, failing to start the engine. So checking on ebay online site, found your various advertisements as a vehicle battery stockist and supplier. I am no battery expert, but looking through saw that there were slightly cheaper brands, but seeing the Exide brand, and knowing the name, it looked to have better amperage, and data than some others. So for the sake of a few pounds extra, BUT still very competitively priced, decided to order this battery. Ordered on Thursday lunchtime around three to four weeks ago, and lo and behold, arrived, excellently packaged, by very friendly courier delivery service the very next morning around 9-30. I had received excellent e-mail communications from yourselves, and courier, on order confirmation, estimated arrival times. Package contained plain and concisely worded sheet to detail fitting the battery, which terminal to disconnect first etc. So out came my socket set, and fitted to the vehicle within around twenty minutes. Okay, so its only been on for around three weeks as I've said, and due to present lockdown situation, little mileage done,- vehicle only used for shopping and local trips anyhow - but I now feel confident again that the vehicle will start as it should. I can strongly recommend the battery, the price, the speed of service and delivery from your chosen courier, and have no hesitation in passing your name to others. My sincere thanks to all at Tayna.

Needed a battery for an 18 year old Citreon . This one from Tayna was really good value and fitted perfectly in the housing . Delivery was about a week ( with a Bank Hol weekend in the middle ) , by courier , and well packaged . All-in-all great service and value .

Pleased with the product but very disappointed by the delivery delays - 6 days. When you get a flat battery you need a replacement next day. No compensation offered when sought.

Don't think they be beaten of price and service, I just entered the old battery's code on their website and up came a list of available replacement batteries. I chose Exide because it is one of very few leading brands, please with the purchase.
