The ordering process was straightforward but I may have been scammed for a payment. The website may have been hacked as it demanded payment first before the delivery address option was completed. The money came out but waspaid. A subsequent order followed the proper format and was processed correctly. I also had a few disruptions with delivery but it was successfully delivered. The battery was fitted easily and had provided great performance.

A great primary 12v battery for the electronic systems (infotainment, openning, alarm etc) if the battery goes low the car will not charge or respond, the headlights will fladh and the alarm will trimgger eratically - this battery is vital the iPace - Exide provides a great quality and durabie replacment 12v battery for the Jaguar iPace.

The battery is a direct replacement for my battery, I found it difficult to find a replacement and Tayna had the correct one in stock which was delivered on a Saturday for a small additional cost. The Tayna battery was much cheaper than other suppliers and more than half price of other suppliers. Great service. Thanks.

Excellent company to deal with. Good products. Good delivery options. Competitive prices. Good customer service - I phoned up after order delivered with a query about the vent plug(s) and was given good advice. Product was well packaged. There were more delivery options than competitors and Tayna had higher Trustpilot scores than competitors. I would certainly buy from them again.

Ordered this battery to replace my old one that couldn’t hold charge it was cheapest one I could find,it was over hundred pound cheaper than a couple of well known stores euro car parts and Halfords at time of ordering. Arrived in good time well packaged and has been in car for a couple of months now and so far no problems .Have since brought another car battery for my daughter’s car with no problems.

I've always used quality batteries and am very pleased with this Exide. The battery arrived very quickly, within 24hrs of placing the order. It was securely and safely packaged with easy to understand instructions on how to activate. It fitted my car perfectly and the car started at the first turn of the key. My previous battery was also an Exide which lasted many years and I'm sure this will also be a wise purchase.
