This was my first purchase from Tayna and I am pleased with the price of the battery and extremely quick delivery. I ordered the battery on a Friday afternoon, and opted for a 1 or 2 working day delivery and it was delivered on the following afternoon! The packing was very good and there wasn't any leakage of battery acid. I have no connection with Tayna other than being a customer for the first time. Based on my experience, and the fact that the battery is so far working well, I can certainly recommend the Company.

It is hard to get excited about a car battery. We bought our daughter her first car and changed the battery as the vehicle had been stood for a while. It seems to be working well .

Excellent prices and very helpful staff at Tanya and will use them again. However I needed the battery urgently so paid the extra cost to have it delivered the following day ( Saturday ) It didn’t turn up. I checked the tracking I had been supplied and it was supposedly at my Local Delivery depot in Preston , ( I live in York) I contacted Yodel customer services to be told it had been taken to the wrong depot and as they didn’t work Sundays the issue could not be sorted out until Monday . I finally received my battery on the Tuesday afternoon , 3 days late. I know it isn’t Tayna’s fault , it all lies in Yodel’s court, but why have next day delivery and pay more for it when it can’t be simply achieved Tanya need to find a different Delivery company
